I've known Robert for many years so the decision was easy to have him help my wife and I purchase a new home. Rob made himself available on very short notice (1 day) to help us with the bidding process and he was able to score us the house we wanted by applying a tested formula to come up with a winning bid. We were overjoyed having lost out on previous competitions. Our happy ending was not written yet as we still had to sell our existing property and that proved to be more of a challenge.
